Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist at our Johannesburg clinic, you will play a pivotal role in promoting mental well-being. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health needs and provide appropriate diagnoses.
  • Create treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using cognitive-behavioral and other therapeutic methods.
  • Assess progress and revise treatment strategies as required.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff and interns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and maintain licensure.
  • Work collaboratively to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology
  • Relevant certifications in psychotherapy and counseling are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
