Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nursing Instructor to join our team to provide quality education and training to aspiring nurses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, and guiding students through clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging curricula tailored to student needs.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and practical sessions.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing guidance as necessary.
• Liaise with healthcare facilities for clinical placements.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Promote a positive learning environment that fosters student success.
• Research and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Guide students in understanding the practical implications of theoretical concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Africa
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in nursing education.

Advantageous
