Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees' technical needs, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor IT systems for performance and security.
  • Document and track system changes and updates.
  • Conduct follow-ups on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
