Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development initiatives to increase market share.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management.
  • Engage in client negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments to maximize efficiency.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to establish industry presence.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Help to create a positive company image and promote brand values.
  • Train junior sales staff on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Sales or Business Development is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of proven sales experience, especially in technology sales
