Responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites to ensure project goals are met.
• Approve subcontractors and materials for construction.
• Provide strategic direction to construction teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers on timelines and budgets.
• Review contracts and legal documents related to projects.
• Liaison with different stakeholders including clients and local authorities.
• Ensure complete compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor and manage the performance of contracts.
• Evaluate project performance and propose improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications will be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar managerial role in construction

Technical Skills

• Construction Protocols
• Risk Management

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Lean Construction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
