UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design variations and performance.
• Monitor user interactions and iterate on designs based on analytical insights.
• Assist in defining the project timeline and coordinate design reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and support their professional development.
• Contribute to team meetings, providing insights from user research.
• Promote design thinking principles across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design or HCI
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a UX/UI design role or similar

• Figma

• UX Design Certification (Interaction Design Foundation)
