Job Description

As a Hay Stacker, you'll play a vital role in the farm environment by stacking and moving hay bales. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that hay is organized and safely handled to prevent damage.

Responsibilities

• Stack and organize hay bales methodically and efficiently.
• Utilize tractors or forklifts safely for moving bales.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining equipment used for hay handling.
• Keep records of hay inventory and report discrepancies.
• Work in a team environment to meet production targets.
• Participate in safety drills and training as required.
• Assist with farm-related tasks as needed during peak season.
• Communicate any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a farming environment preferred.
