Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work closely with clients and various stakeholders to conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sustainable design practices and be proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans and specifications for various projects.
• Manage construction documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress and site conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and engage clients in the design process.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with a focus on sustainable design
