Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work closely with clients and various stakeholders to conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sustainable design practices and be proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic design solutions that meet client goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to refine their vision into tangible outputs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses.
• Utilize advanced design software to create project models.
• Facilitate project meetings to assess progress and resolve any issues.
• Ensure all designs align with local regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with a focus on sustainable design
