As a Paramedic, you will be on the frontlines of emergency medical response, providing critical care in life-threatening situations. Your expertise in assessment, treatment, and patient transport is vital to ensuring the health and safety of our community.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency situations and prioritize care effectively.
• Perform life-saving interventions in emergency scenarios.
• Document all care and interventions accurately in reports.
• Support and participate in continuous training for skills development.
• Foster relationships with local hospitals and emergency services.
• Assist with the orientation and training of new paramedic recruits.
• Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Engage with the community to promote health awareness and safety.
• Ensure best practices for patient care and follow-up.
• Participate in debriefing sessions post-incidents to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Emergency Medical Care
• Additional certifications in Critical Care are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in a pre-hospital setting

• English: Fluent
