Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical engineering projects in line with client requirements.
• Engage in research and development of new technology.
• Compile documentation for project milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the engineering team.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for project alignment.
• Evaluate and implement new engineering tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the engineering field

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with 3D Printing: Experience with additive manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency in MATLAB: Proficient in using MATLAB for engineering analysis.
