Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Perform site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Create detailed drawings and presentations using CAD software.
• Collaborate closely with clients to conceptualize and develop project designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design
