As a Trash Collector Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate a dedicated team of waste collectors. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient waste collection, compliance with safety standards, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily collection of waste.
• Assess and manage the performance of waste collection teams.
• Liaise with clients and local authorities regarding service issues.

• Implement safety protocols and risk assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification in waste management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in waste collection management

Languages
