Join our team as an Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendant where your primary responsibility will involve providing exceptional customer service while dispensing fuel. You will also aid customers with any inquiries and maintain the cleanliness of the petrol station.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inviting environment for customers and ensure all fuel dispensers are operational.
• Document sales figures on a daily basis and assist with stock management.
• Engage with customers to promote additional services offered at the petrol station.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience is required for this role, though customer service experience is advantageous.
