Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities of the refinery and ensure production efficiency.
Conduct safety audits and compliance checks regularly.
Facilitate communication between shifts for smooth transitions.
Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Train new employees and evaluate their performance.
Lead safety meetings and team briefings to discuss operational updates.
Develop strategies for enhancing team productivity and morale.
Co-ordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Engage with stakeholders and maintenance teams to optimize processes.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience
5+ years in a supervisory position within refinery operations.
