Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments based on clinical judgement.
  • Provide health education and preventative care advice to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately using electronic medical systems.
  • Participate in continuous medical education to remain current in medical practices.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor patient progress over time.
  • Engage with patients and their families to provide support and advice.
  • Participate in health promotion activities within the community.
  • Handle administrative obligations related to patient care and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent degree
  • Completion of community service
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a General Practitioner
