Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer specializing in AWS, you will be responsible for overseeing our cloud resources, maintaining system integrity, and driving agile development practices to streamline our deployment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of cloud infrastructure and ensure uptime.
• Implement security measures and monitor for breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Training and mentoring junior team members on DevOps practices.
• Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and changes.
• Participate in technology evaluations and selection for cloud services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar

Technical Skills

• Kubernetes
• Ansible

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools beyond Jenkins.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices: Understanding of security principles and tools relevant to cloud computing.
