Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will manage various IT tasks, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to assisting with network problems. Your expertise will ensure our systems are operational, and user satisfaction is a priority. Ideal candidates are resourceful and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment.
  • Provide training sessions for new technologies being introduced.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in IT Support or related field

  • Proven experience in a technical support role (2+ years)
