Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Assist in training initiatives for junior staff.
• Remain knowledgeable about product changes and company policies.
• Identify areas for product improvement based on customer inputs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience in a retail environment
