Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Art Therapist to provide individual and group therapy sessions using creative arts techniques. The successful candidate will assess clients' mental, emotional, and physical health and develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and group sessions that focus on therapeutic art-making.
• Develop a supportive environment to encourage client self-expression and healing.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy or related field
• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional in South Africa

Experience

• Experience working with trauma survivors preferred.
