Responsibilities

• Explore and assess new food technologies for potential application.
• Conduct nutritional analysis of products to improve health benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to help promote new products.
• Engage in sustainability practices regarding food sourcing.
• Document all research and development activities thoroughly.
• Assist in formulating strategies to commercialize research outputs.
• Support compliance audits and inspections.
• Deliver presentations on research findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Master's degree in Nutritional Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in food industry and product development

• Food Processing Techniques

Certifications

• Certified Food Safety Manager

• English: Fluent
