Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to define reliability-oriented success measures.
• Enhance system resilience through effective disaster recovery strategies.
• Foster an operational mindset within the engineering teams.
• Create benchmarks for reliability and availability across critical services.
• Implement tools for automating infrastructure management.
• Assist in the development and execution of capacity planning.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and documentation of best practices.
• Update configuration, patches, and upgrades according to industry trends.
• Engage in incident response processes and retrospectives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or related areas
