Job Description

Join our team as an Architect, where you will create stunning and functional architectural designs. You will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to produce effective designs that meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Create on-site plans and adjust designs based on project feedback.
• Ensure all designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
• Liaise with local authorities on zoning and permitting issues.
• Prepare presentations for clients to visualize their projects.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design principles.
• Keep up-to-date with architectural software and tools.
• Perform regular checks during construction phases for quality assurance.
• Prepare reports detailing project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
