Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install and maintain hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Assist with software installations and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide training and support to users on system features and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and technical documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Work with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT Certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or IT service roles

• Linux OS

• ITIL Foundation
