Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician for immediate inclusion in our dynamic Port Elizabeth team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across various platforms and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via email, phone, or in person.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on software and hardware.
• Train users on new technologies and software.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to improve processes.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience

• Troubleshooting skills
• Remote Desktop Tools

• Network+ Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
