We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician for immediate inclusion in our dynamic Port Elizabeth team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across various platforms and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Provide support for remote users as required.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from IT perspective.
• Manage backup and recovery processes for data integrity.
• Perform system testing and validation.
• Actively contribute to improving IT support processes and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience
