Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in delivering design solutions from concept to completion.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative designs.
• Review and coordinate all drawings and specifications produced by the team.
• Coordinate with government agencies and clients on project approvals.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of architecture experience with a focus on design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainable design practices: Knowledge of green building techniques and LEED certification.
