Job Description

We are in search of an HR Manager who is passionate about people and eager to play a pivotal role in our HR operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing support and direction.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and support staff development.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and address employee grievances.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Engage with external stakeholders for recruitment and training.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Drive diversity and inclusivity efforts within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a corporate environment
