Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity within our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments to enhance inclusivity and ensure our workplace reflects the diversity of our community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of diversity training programs.
• Work closely with departments to integrate diversity goals.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives.
• Foster an environment of respect and inclusion within teams.
• Act as a point of contact for diversity-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance diversity outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on diversity and inclusion efforts

Certifications

• Certified Diversity Professional
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in conflict resolution: Expertise in resolving disputes related to diversity and inclusion.
