Job Description

As a Physiotherapist in our healthcare team, you will be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for assessing individual needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and guiding patients through recovery. Your role will involve hands-on treatment as well as educating patients and families about their conditions and rehabilitation options.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapeutic treatments.
  • Develop patient education materials related to their treatment plans.
  • Engage with patients to encourage adherence to exercise regimens.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and modify therapy plans accordingly.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the field through continual education.
  • Oversee and maintain equipment safety and usability.
  • Foster relationships with patients to aid recovery.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
