Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and practices.
• Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and updates in regulations.
• Provide solutions to complex tax problems faced by clients.
• Help facilitate tax assessments and manage disputes with SARS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Develop documentation and reports to support tax filings.
• Maintain a high level of client confidentiality in all tax matters.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss tax-related issues and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services
