Seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our finance team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, develop financial models, and collaborate with internal teams to improve financial performance. Your insights will be vital for strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight discrepancies.
• Provide financial training to non-financial staff.
• Identify new financial opportunities and prepare recommendations.
• Explain financial concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis

• Power BI

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Languages

• English: Fluent
