Job Description

As a Property Manager in Johannesburg, you'll oversee the daily operations of our diverse property portfolio. You'll manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Your expertise will help us maintain high occupancy rates and drive tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and adjust management strategies accordingly.
  • Supervise facility management staff and ensure high performance.
  • Develop strong community relationships to promote properties within the local market.
  • Manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare lease documents and ensure they meet legal standards.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Actively resolve disputes between tenants and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in property management or real estate
