As an HR Manager at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will be tasked with driving employee engagement initiatives and managing talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legislation.

• Advocate for employee rights and fair treatment in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Psychology
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
