Job Description

As an HR Manager at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will be tasked with driving employee engagement initiatives and managing talent acquisition efforts. We're looking for a people-centric leader who can facilitate training, enhance performance management systems, and implement HR best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legislation.
  • Manage the employee benefits program and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through communication and feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and manage succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Create and distribute employee engagement surveys.
  • Advocate for employee rights and fair treatment in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Psychology
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
