We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to improve our operational efficiency in Johannesburg. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and issues within our supply chain, working with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to optimize logistics and distribution.
• Create efficient inventory management systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
• Work with IT to implement supply chain software solutions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Train staff on supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or management
