Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions.
• Perform regression tests to ensure existing functionality is not broken.

• Help mentor junior QA team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Report and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related field

• Selenium
• JIRA
• TestNG

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Certified Testing Technician (CTT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of DevOps practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Performance Testing experience: Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
