Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and provide exceptional service.
  • Lead account reviews and update clients on product/service improvements.
  • Identify client needs and align them with relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our clients.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on client behaviour and preferences.
  • Assist in achieving sales goals through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across different departments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales
  • A Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role
