Job Description

Our Durban branch is looking for a dedicated Retail Manager to lead our team and improve our store's performance. You will be responsible for staff training, inventory management, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring we meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of the retail store and staff management.
• Implement customer service standards and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities.
• Evaluate sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff skills.
• Manage payroll, staff schedules, and employee performance evaluations.
• Identify and implement solutions for operational challenges.
• Enhance store layout and merchandising to improve customer experience.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock control.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent
