Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy services to schools and universities on online teaching.
• Create reports that illustrate trends in online education.
• Work with software development teams to enhance learning platforms based on user feedback.
• Advise on the selection of digital tools to optimize learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with national education standards in e-learning implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in online education or a related consultancy role

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data analysis tools

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in adult learning theory: Understanding of principles underpinning adult learning and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of instructional design models: Knowledge of ADDIE or SAM models is beneficial.
