Job Description

As a Workforce Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills across various departments. Your expertise will ensure that our workforce is equipped with the right tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with management to identify training needs and create tailored solutions that drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the training requirements of various teams.
  • Create a comprehensive training calendar and facilitate regular training sessions.
  • Evaluate training programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees to understand their training aspirations.
  • Compile training feedback and present findings to management for further action.
  • Advise management on training strategies that will benefit employee retention and motivation.
  • Act as a point of contact for training inquiries and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Education, or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Training Delivery is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
