Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Time and Attendance Analyst to manage and enhance our payroll processes in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking employee attendance, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection of time and attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly payroll reports, highlighting trends and discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the HR department to resolve any attendance-related issues.
  • Implement best practices for time tracking and attendance management.
  • Provide staff training on time and attendance tools and systems.
  • Assist in auditing payroll procedures for accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify inaccuracies in payroll data and rectify them.
  • Conduct regular reviews of attendance records to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Compile statistical data to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Finance
  • Postgraduate diploma in Payroll Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or attendance management
