Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a productive workplace culture. You will lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring our organization attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

  • 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on strategy development
