Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Create and review engineering drawings and specifications.
• Engage in critical thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to refine project goals and resolve challenges.
• Advise on material selections and structural systems for sustainability.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers in the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Concrete Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
