UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a UX Designer who is passionate about improving user interactions. Based in Johannesburg, the ideal candidate will execute user research, create wireframes, and design prototypes that enhance user experience. Your creativity and analytical skills will help shape the look and feel of our products.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on user testing to validate design choices.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input on design challenges.
• Maintain and adapt design systems based on feedback and usability studies.
• Work with analytics tools to derive insights from user behavior and make data-driven design improvements.
• Review and critique designs produced by team members for quality assurance.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating design skills.
