Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Android Developer to join our talented team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile application development and be proficient in Java and Kotlin. This role involves collaborating with designers and other developers to build high-quality mobile applications that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and track progress.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed, leveraging SQL and Excel.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies through data analysis.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior analysts on best practices.
• Coordinate with external partners for data sharing and analytics.
• Develop predictive models to forecast growth and business impact.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and data management techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Economics
• Master's degree in Data Analytics is a bonus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics roles
