Job Description

As an Account Manager in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in driving revenue through sales initiatives and achieving the company's targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to build brand awareness and increase customer acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to proactively address client needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
