Join us as an Architect in Cape Town and play a key role in shaping our future projects. We are looking for someone who can balance creativity with practicality. You will lead design initiatives, create detailed drawings, and oversee project execution to ensure design visions come to life while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural plans and 3D models using design software.
• Present designs to clients and revise according to feedback.
• Organize project documentation and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Engage in research to integrate new materials and technologies in designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices: Experience in green building techniques and sustainable architecture.
