Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and optimization of chemical processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during production.
• Work with suppliers to evaluate and select new materials.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Train and mentor engineering staff.
• Conduct safety audits and propose enhancements.
• Implement best practices for chemical handling and storage.
• Assist in the development of sustainability strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering
