Job Description

The Drip Molder will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the plastic manufacturing process and a keen eye for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on molded products to match specifications.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product discrepancies.
• Document machine operation and maintenance activities detailed.
• Perform troubleshooting to address equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Stay updated with best practices in safety and production efficiencies.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance production quality.
• Assist in training new team members on operation protocols.
• Prepare reports on production output and suggest improvements.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Plastics Engineering or relevant qualification
• Certifications in injection molding operations are a bonus

Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in an injection molding role

• CAD Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Computer Numerical Control (CNC): Ability to operate and program CNC machines for mold fabrication.
