The Drip Molder will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the plastic manufacturing process and a keen eye for quality control.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and tests on molded products to match specifications.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product discrepancies.
Document machine operation and maintenance activities detailed.
Perform troubleshooting to address equipment malfunctions promptly.
Stay updated with best practices in safety and production efficiencies.
Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance production quality.
Assist in training new team members on operation protocols.
Prepare reports on production output and suggest improvements.
Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Plastics Engineering or relevant qualification
Certifications in injection molding operations are a bonus
Experience
5 years of hands-on experience in an injection molding role
