Responsibilities

• Oversee the scale-up of chemical processes from lab scale to production.
• Participate in the R&D of new chemical formulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Support project management by ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
