Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
• Evaluate supplier and vendor performance relating to production processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional teams during process improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in process improvement and project management

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
