Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project management team to oversee project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques, fostering a culture of innovative thinking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5 years of architectural project experience

Technical Skills

• BIM Software Proficiency
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
