Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on client and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in project budgeting.
• Implement environmentally sustainable design practices wherever possible.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure project meets design specifications.
• Stay abreast of new materials and construction technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5 years of architectural project experience

• BIM Software Proficiency

Certifications

• South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
